  • 6:45pm – 7:30pm Spinning for All

Tuesday:

  • 5:15pm – 6:00pm Open Gym
 
 

Wednesday:

  • 9am – 10:00am “Yoga Warriors”
  • 10am – 11am Open Gym
  • 5:30pm – 6:30pm Open Gym 
  • 6:30pm – 7:30pm “Go with the Flow” Yoga

Thursday

  • 6:30pm – 7:30pm Spinning! Spin for Life!

     

Friday

  • 9am – 10:00am Yoga for Every Body
  • 10am – 11am Open Gym

Saturday

  • 8am-9am Yoga ~ Restore and Renew with Beth
  • 9am-10:00am Open Gym!  All are welcome!

Sunday  – A day of rest!
