No commitment!  Over 20 classes per week.  

Private gym time available:

$15 for 45 minutes.  (First time additional $15 equipment instruction charge)

  • 9am – 10am “Gentle” Yoga Zen
  • 10am – 11am Open Gym
  • 4:30pm – 5:30pm Open Gym
  • 5:30pm – 6:30pm Yoga Flow
  • 6:45pm – 7:30pm Spinning for All

Tuesday:

  • 9am – 9:45am Fit n Fabulous” Over 50 Plus (Starts January 2021)
  • 5:15pm – 6:00pm Open Gym
  • 6:15 pm – 7:00pm “Sweat and Shred”
  • 7:00pm – 7:30pm “Stretching for the Uptight”

Wednesday

  • 9am – 10:00am “Yoga Warriors”
  • 10am – 11am Open Gym
  • 5:30pm – 6:30pm Open Gym 
  • 6:30pm – 7:30pm “Go with the Flow” Yoga

Thursday

  • 5:30pm – 6:15pm “Buns, Guns n Abs”
  • 6:30pm – 7:30pm Spinning! Spin for Life!

Friday

  • 9am – 10:00am Yoga for Every Body
  • 10am – 11am Open Gym

Saturday

  • 8am – 8:45 “Spin to Win!”
  • 9am – 9:45am “Chisel ‘n Burn”
  • 10am – 11am Yoga “Soul”

Sunday  – A day of rest!
