Yoga Teacher Training

Your 200 hour training program will include in class training, one on one training, practical work, volunteer work, and plenty of homework. You MUST attend each class in order to receive your Teacher Certificate. We understand that circumstances may arise. In those cases, the student may be able to make up the time as long as it fits with the instructor’s schedule. We want you to succeed!

Morris Mountain Fitness 200 Hour “Yoga Teacher Training” upholds deeply rooted qualities and standards. We hold all of our students to the highest standard and ethics. Our curriculum is comprehensive and up-to-date. Our focus is on preparing our Teachers to guide quality, thoughtful and mindful classes. We prepare you to teach private sessions as well as group classes from beginners to dedicated yoga clients

You will be learning and earning your 200 hour training, through lectures (in class time), group discussions, exploration, teaching, journaling, meditation practice, documentation, and PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE!

Dates: 1/16, 1/24, 1/30, 2/7, 2/13, 2/21, 2/27, 3/7 

Alternating Saturdays and Sundays

Time: 11am – 4pm
