YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Class Schedule:

Beginning Saturday, September 12, 2020 from 11am-5pm. We will meet the alternating Saturdays/Sundays through November 1, 2020.

Week One: Saturday, September 12, 2020 11AM-5PM

Week Two: Sunday, September 20, 2020 11AM-5PM

Week Three: Saturday, September 26, 2020 11AM-5PM

Week Four: Sunday, October 4, 2020 11AM-5PM

Week Five: Saturday, October 10, 2020 11AM-5PM

Week Six: Sunday, October 18, 2020 11AM-5PM

Week Seven: Saturday, October 24, 2020 11AM-5PM

Week Eight: Sunday, November 1, 2020 11AM-5PM

 

Please be sure to bring a light lunch and snacks. Water and tea will always be provided.

Your 200 hour training program will include in class training, one on one training, practical work, volunteer work, and plenty of homework. You MUST attend each class in order to receive your Teacher Certificate. We understand that circumstances may arise. In those cases the student may be able to make up the time as long as it fits with the instructor’s schedule. We want you to succeed!

Our curriculum is comprehensive and up-to-date. Our focus is on preparing our Teachers to guide quality, thoughtful and mindful classes. We prepare you to teach private sessions as well as group classes from beginners to dedicated yoga clients.

You will be learning and earning your 200 hour training, through lectures (in class time), group discussions, exploration, teaching, journaling, meditation practice, documentation, and PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE!
